Roasted by us
We roast in small batches and with a lot of care. That keeps every bean fresh and lets its own character shine in the cup.

At Leaf we roast our beans ourselves, in small batches and with great care. At our café on Marktgasse you can take a seat and take your time: for an espresso, a flat white or a good conversation.
What to expect
Freshly roasted coffee, great drinks and a place to slow down. Whether it’s a quick break or a long afternoon, you’ll feel at home with us.

Flat white, cappuccino or iced latte, plus sourdough bread, cakes and pastries. Stay a while or take it with you.
Our roasts come as whole beans, for your espresso machine, bean-to-cup or filter. So your Leaf moment works at home, too.
From green bean to cup
From the green raw bean to the finished espresso, we take care of every step ourselves. Keep scrolling and watch the bean change colour.
We choose green coffee with origin and character, and look for partners who treat farmers fairly.
In the drum the bean develops its aromas. We roast in small batches and keep an eye on every minute.
After roasting, coffee needs a few days of rest. The aroma valve in the bag lets the carbon dioxide escape and keeps the oxygen out.
Espresso at our bar or filter coffee at home: now the bean shows what it’s made of.
Leaf at home
Matte black, finished in copper and sealed with an aroma valve: our bags hold specialty coffee, freshly roasted by us. As whole beans, so you grind them just before brewing and get the full aroma in your cup.

The story behind Leaf
For us, coffee has never been just a drink. It’s craft, curiosity and a moment to breathe. Leaf grew out of that passion: our café on Marktgasse and the coffee we roast ourselves.
Our passion for coffee is the heart of Leaf. When we roast, we take our time and work with a fine touch until every bean unfolds its full aroma. Only when bitterness, sweetness and acidity are in perfect balance does its true character come through.
